MarketDesk is a trading dashboard platform operated by Softengo. Contact: [email protected].
When you create an account, we collect your email address (via Google OAuth or direct registration) and, if available, your display name and profile picture. We also store your dashboard configuration (widget layout, settings, and page structure) so you can access it from any device.
We use your data solely to provide the MarketDesk service: authenticating your account, saving your dashboard configuration, and managing your subscription status. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We process your data on the basis of contract performance (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) — it is necessary to deliver the service you signed up for.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
MarketDesk relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
TradingView — provides market data widgets embedded in your dashboard.
Payhip — processes payments for Pro upgrades (we do not store payment card details).
Google — provides OAuth authentication for Google sign-in.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected] or use the "Delete my account" option in the app settings. We will process your request within 30 days.
We use the following cookies:
PHPSESSID — Technical session cookie, required for authentication. Strictly necessary, no consent required.
Analytics cookies — We use cookies to measure usage patterns (session duration, pages visited, feature usage) in order to improve the product and understand conversion. These cookies do not track you across other websites and contain no personal information. By using MarketDesk, you accept the use of these analytics cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app.
